On-site café, Café Azure, is available for craft espresso drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, homemade soups, and more. Once a public pool, the labor union’s headquarters, a glass manufacturing building, and then a lawyer’s office – our building has a rich history in the Tacoma community, and we look to continue that legacy.We look forward to welcoming you to our space!

Yes, we do. Most offices have daily, monthly and 6 and 12 month term agreements. Term office memberships have signing discounts as well.
Can I Reserve An Office And Start When I'm Ready?
Yes, reservations are available on many of our offices for up to 3 months in advance.
Can I Upgrade My Office If One I Like Better Becomes Available?
Yes, entirely possible based upon availability.
