Almost all great careers and businesses have one thing in common; they received memorable guidance or insight from a mentor. Looking outside of yourself to find answers can yield deep insight, perspective or simply someone to talk through a problem. At TractionSpace we believe that mentorship is the traction that can propel you forward on the road to success.
If you have a dedicated office, desk or an annual onsite membership your plan includes access to our mentors. Our mentors are experts in their fields and have industry experience so they can bring you advice that only a practitioner will know. They are all volunteers, but they are committed to providing thoughtful, valuable insights. Since they are volunteers their schedules may be challenging and they may not be available right away so please allow a few weeks for scheduling.
Mentors are not consultants. They will provide guidance, insights and advice but they don’t generally do project work. That said some of our mentors do consult and you are welcome to engage in a separate consulting arrangement with them.
We ask our mentors to be available for up to two hours each month and be committed to their mentee for at least 3 months. It’s up to you and your mentor to arrange a schedule that works for each of you.
